This product if great for a stew pot and the non-stick is amazing - BUT, the aluminum is so thin I'm scared to drop it because I'm sure it will dent very easily.Good for the money, just know that it's probably not very durable.

It may be that the pot needs to be re-seasoned more often but I have found that one batch of rice that I made that was, shall we say, overcooked has led to subsequent batches of anything that I cook therein to also stick and be more difficult to clean. I thought it was because I was being so brazen as to not use any cooking oil when I cooked but alas, even with sufficient lubrication, my meals are sticking to what should be a non-stick and well-seasoned surface. More investigation is called for to be sure but I would not think that given the short time that I've owned this item and the relatively limited amount of times that I've used it that it would already be time to re-season the pot. Then again, it has been a while since I've read the directions. Hmmm.. 4 stars for certain. 5 if this sticky situation is user-error as it may indeed be.

Gotham Steel is just a name. The pot is aluminum so you can't use it on an induction stove. and it is very lightweight so heats and cools quickly.

The ceramic interior is very easy to clean. I didn't have much luck with ceramic fry pans, but for a soup pot and spaghetti sauce, it works really great.I haven't used it for anything that's really sticky so not sure how it would hold up to that. Since it is all metal it would go in the oven without a problem.I bought this pot as an inexpensive substitute for a Dutch oven.

I bought several of these pots and pans. They clean up like a breeze and look brand new after months of use.

Muy buena olla hasta el momento no se le pega nada despues de 3 meses y es mucho mas facil de limpiar que otras con recubrimiento antiadherentes de su mismo precio, realmente no se le pega nada, el recubrimiento exterior tambien es de muy buena calidad y tampoco se ha adherido nada.El unico defecto de diseño son las agarraderas de la olla y la tapa pues se calientan bastante.La tapa no sella correctamente cotra la olla y se escape also del vapor a traves de la orilla de la olla.Tampoco se ha deformado, he hervido, freido y asado.

Es muy chica para mi, la tapa y agarraderas se calientan mucho.

Me encantó la olla, no se pegan los alimentos, se cocinan muy bien y fácil de lavar. No es pesada. Excelente opción.
