Very good looking well made fire, the flicker effect which you can have on without the heater is very realistic and makes the room feel very cosy. Controls are easy to use. Delighted with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. So easy to install. Just plug in and instant warmth which you can see from all three angles which is good. Very pleased with the effect it has even without any heat. My son visited us today and now he wants one too!

This item arrived faulty in that one of the controls did not function - however, the fire was replaced with minimum fuss at no cost. The flame effect is very nice and cheering even without the convection heat function being on; the 'coals' are not quite so realistic but they are what they are and give a warming glow. The heat output is very good, and there are heat/fan options for this. The item sits very well on our hearth, is of a substantial size and weight, and the design is quite realistic (one visitor was fooled into thinking it was a 'real' stove!)

I’d suggest reading * and ** reviews before placing your order. People complain about this fireplace that it looks good but doesn’t heat up your home. I’ve ordered one and besides the late shipment and delivery, I needed Amazon to step in between me and a seller. No response until 4th complaint to Amazon. Not willing to refund despite the fact that late delivery was rejected and passed a long time between my payment and late/ rejected delivery. It wasn’t a return, to make me wait that long. But even today, 2 weeks later, I still don’t have my money back! Don’t expect help from the seller and despite the fact that I’d love this fireplace, it’s too expensive to risk being left with a faulty stuff and irresponsible seller in case of any problems.

Love the fire but the actual measurements on the picture advertised aren’t accurate. I’ve now got to extend my hearth to fit the depth of the product.
