We have purchased these over and over and use everyday. The back flips up for you to easily fill and see what pills you have in the cubbies. When we travel, we use rubber bands to secure the tabs on the front as they will open accidentally in transit occasionally.Cons: the plastic lids can get pushed out of alignment and not close tightly. Some lids are not as snug as they should be from the get-go. The lids will break off, BUT, this is expected with daily use, weekly fills. We need to replace about every 10 months, give or take.Pros: easy to fill from the back. The back lid fits very firmly. A good size for pills and large vitamins. Not bulky or too over-sized.

This is my third purchase of this item, they only last a year or so. The first one was yellow "AM" and Blue "PM" which was perfect. I went by color (yellow for day of course) instead of having to read the small lettering. The second was green "AM" and purple "PM" and I hated that (the colors made no sense to me). The first two each lasted about a year before one or more of the covers stopped staying closed. Really a pain after having the box upside down to fill and then having pills dumping out when turning the box back over. Also the lettering does start to rub off after a year of use. So why do I keep on buying it again? Because I haven't found another one I like as well as this, for the first year. The size, am/pm, a week and bottom filling are perfect for me. Couldn't be happier with my third purchase. I didn't have to send it back. It's yellow and blue and all the compartments close securely. Good for another year.

Bought this as a replacement for identical item. One tab that keeps compartment closed broke on original. That one lasted maybe 3 to 5 months, so we will see if this one is any better. Joys of buying Chinese products. Great concept. Individual compartments are reasonably large. Pills not too difficult to extract. The entire back opens for easy filling, and snaps closed at multiple points so it is quite secure. Although I have found that if I drop a pill in the wrong compartment, I have to use a tool of some sort to get it out. But that is only a minor inconvenience. UPDATE: New one lasted about 9 months before one of the latches broke off. Seems it should have lasted longer, but that is a fair while.ANOTHER UPDATEThird box had the same failure, latch on lid of one compartment failed. This one lasted 9 months before it failed. Would go with something else but the ability to open the back and fill all compartments outweighs having to replace it sooner than desired. Maybe this time is the charm.

I have some high maintenance tendencies and have been known to look a loooong time before making a choice. This pill case is one of those items.The features I wanted:~AM and PM to be different colors.Most seem to have each day of the week as a different color. I take the same pills every morning, so I don't care about the days of the week being different colors. If I accidentally take a different mornings pills, I'll simply take the other days tomorrow. However, I take different pills in the evening and don't want to accidentally take my AM pills in the evening if I'm distracted, or I'll be up all night.~Translucent color flaps that I can see through.I like that, without opening the flap, I can see if that day has pills in it or not. It's a little thing, but it's helpful.~Compact but to hold what I needed it to.This is nice and compact (see pic with Comcast remote next to it). Much smaller than what I've had in the past...but each pocket holds half a dozen pills Easily, including the big-ass fish oil pills.~Easy to fill.Most pill containers are a bit of a pain to fill as the little flaps want to partially close on you while you're doing your weekly refill...not this one!! It opens from the bottom and is super easy to refill (see pic)! And the distinctive AM & PM colors make it easy not to mix up which goes where. I Love This Feature!~Secure.This one gave me pause as some of the reviews complained about pills spilling & hinges breaking. When I got it in the mail, I instantly ran my finger firming over each side. None of them seemed loose. I've had it a couple of months now and none of the hinges seem to be getting loose or ready to break. However, paying heed to those reviews, I also haven't simply tossed it in a bag and risked pills coming loose. I have a drawer that I keep it in and when I go on trips I will put rubberbands over the flaps, just to be safe.The only feature that this one doesn't have is the ability to pop out an individual days pill container, if you're going to be gone for a day or two and don't want to bring the whole thing. My hubby has that style and it's pretty cool. However, I don't see how that feature could be added to the bottom opening up feature and I use that Much more often.I am very happy with this pill container and would Definitely recommend it! :)

Easy fill, easy to open/close, and exactly as described. Love the capacity too!

I have the blue & purple AM/PM holder for a few months now. From day one, the lids do not stay closed as they should, I have rubber bands wrapped tightly over every lid just to make sure pills for other days & times don't come out when I'm trying to get 1 dose for morning or evening. It's not just one lid, they are all feel too easy to close, and pop up with the slightest accidental movement. They don't ask in the reviews if the lids stay closed well, but there should be a category for that. Do not bother with this one.

I purchased this based my experience with the same item from this brand. I used it over 20 years before one of the tabs broke off. The new seems to be of a similar sturdy quality.

The product is incredibly helpful and useful. You load it from the back and you can load the full 28 slots in 10 minutes. It closes tightly and the front tabs open strongly and securely. Easy to slide the pills out. A perfect product at a very excellent price.

Me llamó muchísimo la atención este diseño porque cupieron Perfecto los suplementos de mi esposo y los míos, no tuve que comprar pastilleros individuales y además que se rellena muy fácil por la tapa de atrás y no hay que abrir tapita por tapita. Caben muy bien 7 pastillas de tamaño regular en cada hueco. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

I am very happy I could get this , I was thinking of getting blister packs made with my medication but wanted a less expensive way of getting that and something I didn’t have to dispose of frequently and this is just that! It’s also got a great feature were the back lifts up to make refills much easier and I love that is has multiple weeks that don’t come apart! I love this thank you
