Excellent Park Tool Starter Set for Aspiring Mechanics Like Me
High quality US-made bike tools. Glad I have this basic starter set to do basic repairs. I had grown tired of taking my bike to my local shop for the most basic of things, so I have started with this toolset to build out my collection. I am gradually building myself the mechanic skillset (with minimal prior experience), so it is fun to grow in the cycling community by having my own toolkit. Glad I can do that with this product. I also bought a repair stand to be able to work on my bike at home. Very happy I made this purchase, and despite the relatively high price, it truly is quality.

They last a lifetime
Park Tools what else needs to be said. Sure you can buy less expensive tools, however, I promise they will not last as long as Park tools. Park tools use high-end metal that won't start stripping bolts out after a short amount of time like less expensive tools.

Exactly as advertised
This was a Christmas gift for our 9 year old grandson. His hobby is mountain biking and he asked for this tool set so he can work on his own bikes. We also bought the bike repair stand and he assembled it immediately, mounted an older bike and pulled out the tools. The big repair book is an added bonus.

Must have for bike owner
I just bought a bike last month. The tool kit includes everything you need to do a basic bike repair. The book included is high quality and easy to read.
