I purchase this item for my Lotos ltp5000d, I knew at the time it would be larger than the nozzle (nozzle is 1 In) . I am currently trying to reinvent the mouse trap with this. I believe I and most people will be able to figure out a way to make it fit. At this price you can afford to take a chance. It is well made, legs are to long even when adjusted up at the highest point, but that is an easy fix. If you are willing to experiment I would recommend this product, and if your nozzle is slightly under 33mm you are ahead of the game. I can not fault the product because it does not fit.

Nice guide, well made
Bigger than my plasma cutter stinger so I am unable to attach it to it. It's 1/4 inch wider than the stinger so no way to attach it.

It doesn’t fit all plasma cutters
Did not fit my plasma cutter. The orange bushing is much much too large. No other bushing/insulator was part of the package.Useless for me.

Way too Big
this wouldnt fit my gun..it was way too big and didnt even come close to tightening up..thought it was the correct size but it wasnt and not only that but the plastic collar seemed very fragile..like it were easy to break if i did get to tighten it up

Fits plasma cutter torch
It fits my Cut-50 torch just fine. The rollers have adjustments on the fasteners and does just fine. I laid down a 3/32” piece of plate and adjusted the tip clearance on both rollers. Works like a champ.
