I don’t know if these are doing anything for me, but they’re easy to take and don’t have a bad taste or bad aftertaste. My dad died of dementia so I read that these mushrooms can help. I’m hoping they are helping.

The bottle was very dusty and looked beat up. This product did absolutely nothing for me. I'm not sure why but I felt nothing after taking it every day
