Obecome Cherry Pitter - 6 Cherries

This turned out to be a hideous little gadget that did NOT get out most pits. Be sure to count the pits each time you punch bkz you will come up with 2 to 4 pits (at most) out of every 6 cherries. It was 3 times the work of pitting one at a time bkz of having to inspect each cherry and dig out a pit. Also, the metal pitter prongs come down from the side which never ends up in the center -- as pitter needs to come straight down. So disappointing .. NOT easy to clean.

Amazing, why did I not get this sooner! I was using a manual scoop out pitter which was soooo time consuming, messy and a waste of fruit. This you put the part where the stem was towards the cup, bottom pit holder and press down tight. It seems hard at 1st but easy after your 1st try. It perfectly takes the seed out with no cherry!!! Super easy to rinse and clean. I canned cherries today and it made it, quick, easy and fun. I read a recipe where a women cried after canning her cherries so she obviously didn't have this. I will always buy cherries now because I love using this especially in the morning when I am in a hurry. The picture is after I used it and the cherries have perfectly kept their shape. LOVE IT!!!!!

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant...BUT every brand cherry pitter had bad reviews. lol I went with this b/c it could pit 6 cherries at once. Sooo, my 1st experience- pitted about 100 cherries and 100% of the pits came out w/only 1 try. My cherries had a 1" radius.I can't comment on the sturdiness b/c many people said that it only worked on their 1st day. It comes in a white box w/no brand name on it and with no instructions...just the pitter in a plastic bag. lol (Was I skeptical?...yes)Best thing besides how great that it pits is that I had NO cherry stains on the hands or counter! YAY! I will NEVER use the chopstick again!

I bought this because I love eating fresh cherries during the summer but hate having to deal with the pits. I finally relented and bought this pitter and boy do i wish i had done this years ago. This pitter is awesome it does a excellent job and makes quick work of putting your cherries. I did a whole bag and only had two cherries that the pits didnt come all the way out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good pitter, its definitely worth the money.

I wasn't sure if this would work but I was so wrong. I had bought like 3 pounds of cherries and I had them all pitted in less than 20 minutes. It was so easy. No cherry dye all over my fingers. Clean up was a breeze. I am going to buy more cherries since this works so well. Definitely a must in my kitchen.

Went cherry picking in our area and got a huge quantity. While looking for a cherry pitter, we saw this and thought it would be terrific. It is, doing six at a time, although it misses some pits even when the cherries are in correctly. This appears to be due to pushing pits to one side. For baking purposes I cut the cherries in half anyway and get any stray pits out that way. For direct eating I don’t worry about pitting anyway and just spit them out.

I used to have a one cherry at a time pitter- and then it broke and I was sad. So I headed to Amazon to buy a new one and discovered this bad boy. 6 at a time!!!! Makes the job go by so much quicker. I used it to pit about 50 cherries- I will say that 1 of every 6 the pit was not pushing all the way through, maybe if I lined them up nice and neat it would work better, but it was still waaaaayyyy quicker than doing it one at a time.Another product that I say to myself - Why didn't I invent this? I'd be rich!

Just got it and we already love it!! I had a bag of cherries I bought that weren’t being eaten because no one wanted to deal with the mess and seeds. I hated that they were just going bad so I ordered this little contraption. This is one of the best purchases I have made! As soon as it was delivered I started using it and my family ate the entire bag of cherries after I used this to take the seeds out. It’s super simple to use and very easy to clean! Sometimes the seeds don’t get completely cut off so they hang a little bit (see the 3rd pic) but if you just give it a tiny tug it comes right off. Love this thing and will definitely buy more cherries because of it 😝
