used with a weatherproof box for landscape lighting management
I used this, actually two of these, with wall mountable weather tight/proof boxes for 12v AC landscape lighting. This worked great. Connectivity was easy, quality is good, and the wire gauging was sufficient for my needs. Swabbed a bit of dielectric grease on the connections for good measure and has been "rocking" the neighborhood with nice lights. Provides me a simple single point to tie in and upgrade or remove/move lights without finding and digging up entire yard.

Good distribution block. Will buy again.
Good terminal block for low voltage applications. Using Goosvn Ul/CE listed terminals. The only odd thing I noticed is the terminals were shipped in soldering position (screws fully clockwise). So you need to open up the wire jaws by turning the screw counter clockwise to open the wire jaws to place the wires in properly. Solder joins are good, tested good with ohm meter.

Great for model RR 12v lighting distro.
Ran a 12v dc power buss under a medium model railroad. Added in terminal blocks to connect layout lighting. Easy to use. Simplified installation.

Backside not insulated
Seems constructed really well. The downside is that the underside isn’t insulated and no pictures are of the underside. You will have to mount it using the insulators to raise it. I can’t use it for my project because of this.
