I have tried MANY eye makeup removers over the years, most purchased at cosmetics counters - Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Chanel, M.A.C., etc. I love Neutrogena products, so when I saw this in my local drugstore about 4 years ago, I picked up a bottle. It has become - hands down - my absolute favorite eye makeup remover! Most days, I wear shadow, eye liner pencil and mascara - this takes it off completely and easily with no tugging, pulling or rubbing needed, and is great on my sensitive skin and fine to use as a contact lens wearer. I love the way it makes my skin feel after use as well - not tight, but clean and slightly hydrated. On days where I've worn heavier eye makeup, including shimmer shadows, fiber mascara, waterproof mascara and/or false eyelashes, it still does the trick! Highly recommend.

this is the only product that I use and it really works well. It never irritates my eyes and removes all my eye makeup completely. I usually buy 2 or 3 at a time to make sure I never run out. The price is amazing compared to all those luxury brands that cost a fortune and really leave makeup residue behind.

For something oil free it felt extremely oily and I had to wash my face after twice to get it off. It felt gross.

hands down probably the best makeup remover i've used in a while. there is no alcohol in it so its great for eye makeup and you don't need much to get the job done. it does however need to be mixed before being used. i've gone through two bottles of it already and will probably order more soon

Este es el único desmaquillante que realmente me quita el rimel que es contra agua, deja un poco sensación grasosa pero he probado otros y mucho más grasosos.

Yo soy sensible de la piel alrededor de los ojos. No me puedo limpiar con toallitas porque me irritan por muy hipo alergénicas y para piel sensible que sean. Los jabones me dejan los ojos muy rojos y no sirven para máscara de pestañas a prueba de aceite. Este tónico es excelente porque sin mucho esfuerzo me remueve los restos de maquillaje , labial mate y máscara o rímel a prueba de agua. Y luego de usarlo me limpio el resto de mi cara con agua de rosas y listo!

Es el mejor desmaquillante que he utilizado, el único que me quita bien los residuos de rímel resistente al agua y no me deja los ojos ardiendo, sí es caro, pero vale la pena el precio.
