OVERCOOKED
I usually prefer to cook with fresh vegetables, but I thought that these canned green beans would be nice for an easy light meal. However, although I don't necessarily like my vegetables al dente, I found these awfully overcooked. I didn't even attempt to cook or heat them, and though I just drained them and served them as a salad, every time I tried to pick them with my fork they simply dissolved. I cannot possibly imagine how they can be sautéed or boiled, as the cooking instructions on the tin suggest.
