DON'T BUY IF U HAVE SAMSUNG GALAXY 8/9/ NOTE & SOME IPHONES!!
***DOESN'T WORK IN my UNLOCKED brand new Galaxy S9+. Customer Service is worthless w/ their emails.-------BOOM RED works but I wanted a better data plan. BOOM Mobile has a HARD data limits.I'm trying other pre-paid service providers.***RED POCKET Customer Service REFUSED to send me a new sim.***THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR $.I went online and found out the majority of people w/ unlocked new s8/s9/note or newer I-Phones find the Red Pocket SIM WILL NOT WORK.There is a way to TRICK your phone & it is a pain.---you must put old/ dead sim into your phone that WORKS on Verizon---re-power phone,---then hit power button & choose to put your phone into EMERGENCY MODE---remove your old sim---put in the Red Pocket Sim---turn off emergency mode---DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PHONE EVER unless you want to go through the above grief again!UPDATE: I have since used Total Wireless Verizon, PagePlus, and other VERIZON MVNO sim cards w/ complete success.***Their customer service was HORRIBLE giving me grief stating constantly that my phone was defective; all my issues were due to my phone 9+ and Samsung. They even told me to get a new phone b/c "OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T HAVE AN UNLOCKED PHONE"......WRONG my phone has worked with over 3 other Verizon MVNOs and their SIM cards w/o any issues!

Customer service was great
Had 1 issue setting up my phone/account even as a geek that customer service was able to fix in less than a minute after less than a minute wait. I was very pleased. Only issue I have noticed is when at a game sometimes I get lower priority. However, saving hundreds of $ per year makes it more than worth the minor issue. I use way less than 1 GIG per month due to wireless coverage everywhere I am 23 hours per day so the limit of 3 GIG is not an issue for me.

You get what you pay for
We bought 2 of these for our US holiday. The T-Mobile card worked well in my European phone (until it had data left - once you've used it up, it doesn't just slow down, it's gone, and the recharge website wouldn't ever work!), but the other phone didn't mate well with the AT&T SIM for data, only for voice+text.Next time I'll go for a major carrier if I can afford the time to visit one of their showrooms to try the quality of service first.

Stupid not to buy it!!
Cheap but great. Using an unlocked galaxy 5, 4g LTE on AT&T towers works wonderfully. Switched to a network locked AT&T iPhone 6+ and service is still excellent. But on the iPhone MMS does not send or receive pictures. When I get the phone unlocked and try advanced tweaking the carrier settings I'll update to see if this continues to be an issue. I have read that this might be a common problem on locked phones with the iPhone only. But still it is not a deal breaker at all at $20/mn for 5gb and excellent cell service.

Works great, inexpensive.
Switching over from Page Plus was fairly straightforward ... once I figured out the information I needed. My PP account was my phone number. My password was a pin I didn't remember at all, but was able to reset through the chat feature with PP. Once I had that, I was able to easily switch my phone over. Works as good as PP as far as I can tell. Drove from SoCal to Flagstaff, AZ and back listening to music all the way with no issues.

Fantastic deal!
I started with this to check out the quality of service. I used their service over the Verizon system, using a CDMA phone. Service is just as good as Verizon. The only problem was figuring out how the website worked, which can use a whole lot of improvement. Their customer service is quite good. But I love the fact that I was able to upgrade to a year's of service for a monthly average of just under $23 a month!

As good as any other verizon mvno (page plus ext.)
5 gigs on GSM or 3 gigs of data on CDMA for 30 bucks. Im using CDMA [Verizon] same towers 1/2 the price. I always use a MVNO [mobile virtual network operator] Dont get caught in the trap of a Brand Name Provider, BUY your own phone and get a MVNO sim card. BTW they sent ALL the types of sim cards with purchase. GSMA, GSMT, CDMA

Great Price... And great service.
So far it's been a great service. I'm using it under the T- mobile carrier and I can use it as a hotspot for my other devices. 3 gigs of 4g lte, for this price. It's awesomeIts just like Tmobile but at a cheaper price. The only downside is that their website need improving. They should also have an app that can tell you exactly how much data you haved used. Other than that, no complaints so far.
