Order this dress for my daughter's homecoming dance. Great quality and fit!! Ordered a size Medium and she is usually a size 2-4. It does have some stretch to it. Delivered in 2 days

I ordered this dress to see if it would be a good fit for my best friends bridesmaid dresses for her wedding and it was a hit. It's pretty light and comfortable. The medium fit me perfectly (5'4" about 150lbs) and has some stretch to it if needed. It's a cute length and cut and the little over cape adds a super cute touch that you can take off if you need to. It does tend to twist around like another reviewer mentioned. But all-in-all I am super happy with this find and that I will be able to wear this more than once for sure.

(Yes I know the capelet is in backwards in my photo)The sizing is true to what the size chart lists and the dress still has some decent stretch. It isn’t lined though, so lumps and bumps tend to be a little more apparent. The skirt cane to just below my knees (I’m 5’11”). So that was a nice change from most dresses that run shorter on me.I have no breasts, so the bust fits differently than when I did (obviously). But the straps seem to be wider set than they should. So I was constantly having to pull the straps back up. The capelet was the perfect part to make this dress a little more formal. However, it’s not attached to the dress. So I was having to spin it back in place ALL NIGHT.All in all it was a nice dress for the event and I’ll probably hang onto it for a while. I’m going to throw a stitch on each shoulder to hold the straps up and keep the capelet from spinning though.I would say, too, that had I not had a $20 Amazon gift card, I probably wouldn’t have paid $39.98 for it. Since I did, the dress was less than $20. So that was OK.

This was everything I needed it to be. Cute, easy, comfortable, flattering, and pretty modest while the cape is just sheer enough for some relief. Only complaint is I wish the straps were adjustable so I could pull the dress down a bit to avoid bra spillage lumps but nothing the right shapewear couldn’t fix. It was certainly good enough for the price and the cape covered any issues with the fit of the top. Super stretchy. 5’6”/180/38ddd, size L was perfect.

This dress was simply amazing!!

This is my second purchase from this seller because I love their dresses. This fits so well that even my husband was impressed. The cape comes down to just below my chest, so a little longer then I thought, but any shorter would be weird. I’m 5’5 with a c-cup and weight about 140pds. I got a medium and it fits like i got it tailored. I got it to be the officiate at a wedding, which I will wear the cape for, and then will probably remove it for the reception both looks are very nice. I got a pettiecoat to go underneath, which in my opinion you need for this style dress. It’s nice without it, but more impressive with one. I got a 27” lengh pettiecoat to go with it and it’s just right.

On short notice, I needed a "vintage"-flavored cocktail dress for a themed party and didn't want to spend too much money in case I only wore the dress once. This dress ended up being nice enough that I'll probably wear it again, though I'll have to make a few alterations before I do.Quality: 3.5 stars. I feel like I got more than what I paid for. The fabric is heavier than I expected so it drapes well, and has a good stretch and feel to it, which I like. As mentioned in another review, there's no lining, so I'd recommend wearing a slip or shapewear if you're concerned about smooth lines. All of the seams are finished but most are single stitched, which meant I wasn't surprised when I found a few loose threads. The capelet is nicely constructed. I washed the dress and capelet on cold/delicate and hung to dry, and it came out with no signs of wear.Fit: 4 stars. At 5'8" with 41-36-47 measurements, that put me between an XL and L on the size chart. I ordered both and ended up going with the L due to the stretch in the fabric. I'd have given the fit 5 stars, but a couple of the design details took away a star. The dress was about an inch longer than my standard below-the-knee crinoline, so to get the pop of color peeking out under the skirt like I wanted, I ended up pinning the dress up at the waist to shorten its overall length. The shoulder straps were also problematic because the outer straps kept falling down. I temporarily solved this by sticking them to a little strip of dressing tape I put on the top of my shoulders. The tape also helped prevent the capelet from spinning around every time I lifted my arms.Style: 5 stars. I received many compliments about this dress. It's easy to accessorize (I added a red fascinator, belt, gloves, crinoline, and shoes). The fit and flare design accentuated my curves while the capelet covered my problem area upper arms. It definitely needs a crinoline underneath to get any fullness at the bottom. I was able to wear my regular strapless bra and had no problem with it poking out while dancing.Overall, I will wear this dress again. It's a solid purchase for the price. Note that you may need to order a mid-calf length crinoline if you want it to show underneath, and dressing tape is a quick fix for the slippery straps and twisty capelet.

The dress was super cute and comfortable.I'm a 5'8 gal and it reached below the knee. Material was comfortable and surprisingly stretchy. It has a back zipper but I was able to just slide it over my head.My main concern was my chest but it fit very well. I'm a size 44D/48 inches and it seemed to have room for more.The cloak is detachable and has a single button to go around your neck. It's not a tight fit but it can sometimes swivel a bit or it can be difficult to button sometimes. Wasnt too much of a problem for me.

Construction of this garment is okay. It's what I'd expect for the price. I have a 30 inch waist and a 34 inch bust and, based on the size chart, I ordered a large lest I end up with something too small for my waist. That was a mistake. It's enormous. So maybe pay more attention to the bust measurement on the size chart than the waist. I probably would have done better with Medium or Small. Fortunately, with the way it's constructed, it shouldn't be hard to take in.

Conforme à l'image. La robe va sous les genoux donc attention si vous n'aimez pas ce genre.
