Surprisingly comfortable
A while ago I developed tendinitis in both of my elbows. It has been a struggle re-learning how to move and work under constant pain. At the behest of my doctor I picked up some braces, not unlike these, at Walgreens. I use them for work. I'm a bartender which is a job that sometimes causes one to develop mild tendinitis. It involves a lot of twisting of the wrist and moving to elbows back-and-forth, which anyone who knows, is not what one wants to be doing with painful tendinitis. The braces I use differ in that they only have one strap. You tighten it and that's it. You have to constantly be a just because it's either too loose or too tight. Having said that this is my honest opinion about the Worldwide Elite braces: When I first got these I noticed there were two Velcro straps where as I'm used to using one. The latch points (I don't know if that's the actual term but the part where the Velcro connects) are hard to see in that you don't know which part is supposed to come off, and it almost works too good to where it takes more effort than usual to unlatch then regular Velcro, I imagine it would be a little difficult for older persons with arthritis. But none of this really matters at all. When it comes down to it, these braces manage to stay in place, no slipping, and do not need constant readjusting. Another problem with the other braces is that if you bend your arm passed the 45° angle the brace becomes too tight and constricts quite a bit which necessitates readjusting. I'm actually very surprised at how comfortable these braces feel when bending my arm fully. If I keep my arm straight it feels snug, if I bend it it feels equally as snug as if my arm were straight. This is a game-winner. I'm quite surprised at how well these work and don't really want to go back to my old braces. I will probably get a second pair of these for around the house and to do things when I'm not at work. If you have tendinitis, you need to have these, especially for the price which isn't bad. In the first picture I'm wearing the brace, the second one shows how it's two straps the connect to itself, and the third one are the velcro latch points.* in exchange for a discount on this item I have agreed to leave my honest and unbiased review*

Double the adjustability! Makes One-Handed Usage Possible
This brace is so much better than my old brace. I like the foam padding and the ability to adjust the fit from two different locations. With only one hand, the two adjustment points makes proper fit possible. The only improvement I would make is the same improvement I would recommend to any device that uses hook-and-loop tape: find a way to make the edges less irritating on skin. In the meantime, I will make a cloth barrier for underneath the brace to avoid skin irritation.

Straps too short
Just put them on a few minutes ago and had quite a little struggle because the velcro straps are not quite long enough. I don't think I have particularly fat arms but I found that it was difficult to keep the strap in the plastic Loop while sliding it my arm. I was still able to do it but it could stand to have a little longer straps. I have used this kind of device in the past just a different brand and I find they work quite well for me so I have no reason to think these will not work for what they're intended for.

I'm a believer
What can I tellya...It worked. I have been suffering from elbow tendinitis for awhile. Always feeling pain when I straighten my arm. When I lift weights I wear an elbow compression sleeve. It helps alleviate the pain when working out but I was still feeling pain in the tendons in my forearm that meet the elbow. Started wearing this brace along with the sleeve during workouts and it helped immensely. I even wore the brace when I wasn't working out and the pain is all but gone.

Alleviates The Pain
At 33 I should realize that there are things I really shouldn't be doing, one of those is arm wrestling. Unfortunately I was at a wedding with my college buddies and one thing led to another and I wake up with not one but two of the worst cases of elbow tendinitis I've ever had. After two months with no improvement I decided to get the straps so that I can at least play with my 9 month old without pain. They work great, stay strapped, and alleviate my pain. These are a great tool to pair with physical therapy.

I was skeptical but this brace really helps alleviate pain. It's pretty comfortable, there is one spot where the velcro is a little rough and sometimes nips my skin, but it isn't bad. Comfortable enough to wear all day although I have been taking it off at night I might start wearing it then too.
