I had knee replacement surgery and I wanted to do something to help myself while at home and this is exactly what what I needed!!! The difference in the bands was really helpful in the process of getting my strength back! I was 3 weeks out of complete knee replacement and this product had me up and running. I would recommend this to ANYBODY who has little to no strength and trying to build up slowly... I'm in my 50's I have destroyed my knees over the years playing Ball. If it helped me then it would definitely help you! The bands are very long and Wide and comes in a very durable mesh bag for storage .

Did not like it, did not work, hard to make it work and it slids of your feet

I had knee replacement surgery which resulted in drop foot. This is great for rehabbing knee and for exercising my foot. Glad I ordered it.

The strap that is supposed to go across the top of the foot is too long on me. It went across my toes instead of my foot. If you wear size 7 shoes in women's then the foot strap will be too close to the toes to do any good.

Worked very well, with foot pain, leading up to my back pain, now I can lie on the couch and stretch out my foot and can feel it stretch out my whole leg, and helps out with my overall pain.

Missing velcro for toes/lower foot. See pictures. = minus 2 stars. Going side to side my foot slips out.Missing directions. = minus 1 star.Only 1st day with it. So longevity is unknown.Be aware seller’s pictures aren’t what you get.
