Aweful medicine so much bitter .My mouth was bitter for sometime after having this.After having this I had severe stomach pain and I had to go again and again.Felt so weak at the end of the day.

It's good auyrvedic medicine for constipation. taste is not good but we can use with honey.

Heyy all, I took this syrup to treat my constipation issues. I took 2 tsp with 2-3 tsp of lukewarm water as instructed. It helped me with the first dose itself. It's very nice for removing all the waste from your body. But my stomach started paining. That is only the demerit. Rest it is good.

This is my third purchase. Take it preferably with warm milk at night. It causes pain in lower stomach at the time of early morning, but it does its job well. This one is highly recommended.👍

Raktoleen is very effective. Start the dosage of raktoleen with 1 tsp and see the results and then, if required, gradually increase the dosage, as required. Initially itself don't take 3-4 tsp. Find out, how much dosage u require for your body to get relief from constipation and gas. This is my personal opinion.
