I bought them for my grandchildren. More than half ...
I bought them for my grandchildren. More than half were not useable. They tape that holds the band was off or stuck together on most. Then they fell apart because they were stuck together on the foil part. The wire on all the blowers was exposed and had to cut so grandchildren could use them.
