Comfortable, well designed, and works well
My head gets cold easily in open water and I bought this to use in ~60° water. Even though I measured my head before purchasing, my impression was that it was a bit too snug. However, that impression was wrong, as it was quite comfortable the only time I've used it and kept my head more than warm enough. I am only giving it 4 stars because I've only worn it once and so have nothing to say about its durability.

Works as expected.
It does a good job of keeping your head warm in 50°-55° water. Your head is still cold at first but warms up quickly. It is perfect for open water swimming.

Stay really warm!
I am swimming swimming in 60 degree water right now and this keeps my head and ears warm! It stays on (that's most important!) Also, sometimes my hair stays dry ... although you should not expect this. I'm just really pleased with this cap.

I m surfer and I don t want more sun in my head but the surfing caps dont like my because I can't see where I want to go

Great improvement
always liked the Blue Sevnty neoprene but the one piece chin strap would start to crack and terror, the new design of velcro is better and you can adjust it perfect
