Worth the Price
The ear pieces are metal (not heavy plastic like so many others), and the cable is braided providing not only added durability but keeps it from becoming a tangled mess. My son loves them and says the sound quality is good and cancels most of the external noise. He says they also hold up during his workouts. As the one who purchased it, I love the two year warranty!

Avoid These - Absolutely No Treble
In the past I've used just inexpensive earphones ... I thought I'd splurge and get some that sound better. So, based on reviews, I purchased these as well as some "Audiophile Elite" earbuds: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D6MZ0YO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1The ones from Kyoo-Up came in a fancy package and look nice, but I was really shocked and disappointed by the sound. These earbuds are completely lacking in treble, leaving only mid-rage and base sound. That means that both music and voices sound dull and muddled and simply awful. This is not a small thing...when I say they're lacking treble, I mean UTTERLY lacking in treble. Also, when using them with my cell phone, people complained that they heard a buzzing sound and bad audio. So there's a problem with the microphone on these as well. By contrast, the "Audiophile Elite" ones have a great sound so I now wear those all the time. So be warned...stay away from these Kyoo-Up despite the nice packaging. By the way, the Audiophile Elite don't have a microphone –– they're just for listening.

Mixed bag + NO Warranty
Summary: Mixed Bag!I share the appreciation 5 stars for these earbuds for the price. Heavy resonance with a fair mid-range (not great), with high trebles that are well handled. The cable truly is/was designed to be tangle-free, and when new, the cable and connections were great. I would purchase again, except…..WARNING: Warranty is a LIE.After 8 months the cable started to crack (see image). All wires soon got exposed and frayed.NO RESPONSE from maker Kyoo-up: I’ve sent 4 Messages, 3 Emails, 2 Phone calls over twelve weeks.Any supposed warranty or customer service is non-existent.My originally nice review thus turns sour.

The sound is amazing and the construction of the product is overwhelming
I am returning this product after one day and replacing them with the same pair. The sound is amazing and the construction of the product is overwhelming. The problem was that the right cord connected to the earbud was very lose and started to lose sound a bit. I was very disappointed that the company, who makes such amazing earbuds would get something like this so wrong as a simple soldering problem.

Good quality build, neutral sound. A little on the big and heavy side.
Good quality sound and quality built product. I like the finish of the cans. It looks expensive. I also like the cord, it's easy to unwind and doesn't tangle as easily as other ear buds. They feel pretty comfortable at first and fo wearing while walking around. If you sleep with them or lie down for more than a few minutes it gets uncomfortable because they will push against the inside of your ear. I like the sound. They are not going to give you a lot of bass so if you want bass get something else. These are very neutral sounding.

Not nationally rated, but better than the big names $30 and under!
I bought these out of curiosity, based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, the price, and all the accessories you get for such a bargain price, even though there was hardly a mention of them on the Google search, which makes them pretty much unknown and not rated! But when I first listened to these,I was blown away by the clarity, overall soundstage, and deep clear bass! I was really surprised that these were better than all of the $30 and under earphones that I've got, including the Brainwavz delta,Panasonic 120s,Symphonized nrg 3.0,harman by kardon y20,and the ggmm hummingbird and nightingale! These are better than all of those national brand name earphones, which were rated on multiple cheap earphone websites, which says to me that ratings are overated, and the kyoo up 042 earphones are a diamond in the rough,so to speak!

Sometimes you get more than what you pay for.
Heavy ear pieces are metal, feels good. Polymer wrapped braided cable has low friction and is partially rigid to all but prevent tangling. Great sound quality for the price. Treble and acoustic notes are snappy and light, the bass has weight and sense of scale.Obviously nowhere near audiophile performance, but will fully Satisfy 99% of headphone consumers.Packaging was cute as well. Everything in order here, what brings this home is the fact that it's "decent" pricing for "way above average" performance. A ratio that higher end brands fail to meet.

Like other reviewers said
I own the Bose QC2 and they have been relegated to my desk drawer after trying my Kyoo-Up 042 earbuds. Like other reviewers said, the build quality is pretty good, they look well built and the sound is really nice (I listen to everything from dance music to vocals to instrumental jazz, etc).On top of getting a nice pair of earbuds I also got a hard case and memory foam tips by just registering my product with the manufacturer and to my surprise the new tips make the sound even better (better bass) and more comfortable after prolonged use.Highly recommended,
