Great for baked goods!
Used for baking bread and bread-like products.Substitute 10% of regular flour for cricket flour and reduced by 5% the amount of water. The breads come with a darker-nutty taste whether they are made with all purpose flour or whole wheat flour, but it is not overpowering. We like the result and so do our neighbors.Should work equally well for pancakes, crepes, blinis, muffins, etc.

Flavor is fine, i was hoping for a flour substitute but this is more of a flour enhancement. There are other food sources more dense in protein.

Using as a supplement. I have bought 15+ bags. Be aware of the not so pleasant taste, if using this way.
