It was probably my own fault for not checking the details thoroughly but I've been very disappointed with this wallet. It's not what I'd call 'distressed' (which I take to mean 'looks a bit old and used'), it's more like suede or brushed leather and very stiff. I didn't check the dimensions properly, and it's slightly larger than many similar wallets that I've had, so I've had trouble getting it out of my pocket...... not helped by the fact that , when it's got a few coins in and with the push stud fastener in place, it becomes a very bulky item. I end up carrying it rather than having it in a pocket. I'm buying a different, smaller one.

I bought this as my old wallet,8 years use was showing signs of wear and this one seemed identical. Indeed it was except for the fine aroma of leather.There`s room in this for everything you`d put in a wallet and it gives a great sense of security.Forget these new gadget filled plastic thingys with "ejection seats" for cards,if you want a great wallet buy this one !

I brought this as a replacement wallet for one I had for donkey years and was falling apart. The wallet is great for paper money and credit cards, but as soon as you add a few coins it is unmanageable. I keep loose change In my pocket rather than the wallet. It must be the RFID blocking component that causes the problem, as it is already thicker than a normal wallet, but what do you do with all the scare stories doing the rounds?

I’ve had this wallet for nearly 3 years so I think I’m in a good position to give a review, first of all, the wallet it self is a bit chunky (I’ve seen people complain about the size)but for me the bigger size is needed with credit cards etc but that being said, the wallet it self is very good, once you’ve had it a while and break in the leather it takes on a nice worn look, you might not like that but i do, I haven’t had any issues with durability, it gets thrown on the coffee table, in and out of jeans pockets, even stepped on it once or twice, and it’s no worse off than when I first got it. All and all it’s served me well and for The price, I’d highly recommend

HMMMMM, can't beat that lovely leather smell and this wallet has that really nice weathered vintage look to it. Seems a standard size as is the same size as my husbands previous wallet and fits well in his jeans pocket.Being leather i think it will only get better with age, really happy with this purchase, it came in a nice presentation box too so looked more costly that it actually was.
