Nag Champa Satya Sai Baba Temple Incense Cones Carton, 12 Box (Assorted)

FAKE! I COULD leave the review there, but I will explain:I’ve been burning Nag Champa since 1999! There have been several changes in the incense since then, but there have been important consistencies. The smell of burnt Nag Chamap, when authentic, will stick around in your home for an extremely long period of time. It’s also super natural and, as someone who gets smell-induced migraines, doesn’t have any chemical smell.That is NOT the case with these cones. Not only is the smell gone by the time the smoke is gone, but it has a chemical nuance. Furthermore, once I began suspecting the smell I examined the actual box from the manufacturer. RED FLAGS!!!!Shrinivas Sugandhalya (manufacturer of Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa) is located in Bengaluru. Period. They do not have any alternative factory or offices. This box that I received from Amazon not only lists a different address, but it lists a different phone number than the Nag Champa number. REAL Nag Champa dotes the (R), the (C), and the TM! It’s packaging explicitly states that any packaging without it’s authentication label is an imitation and has quality assurance, environmental management, and occupational health & safety approvals on all boxes. REAL Nag Champa is manufactured for use IN India and for export. Their labeling brags “hand rolled” and doesn’t list a website because they don’t have one. They also have a very distinct UPC that is outlined in very fine print with the product namesFAKE: two separate addresses, no authenticating markers from manufacturer, random 1(800) number on box, email and website information, and “Made in India” for “export only.

I bought these without reading the reviews and after I started to get into them, I had a panic moment. I almost canceled my order. In the end I decided to see what happened.I'm pleased to report this is the same Satya Sai Baba nag champa you've come to know and love. I'm burning it RIGHT now and it's peaceful and nostalgic for me.There was a brief moment of shock when I realized how many cones 12 boxes of 12 yields (because you think you "get it", and THEN it shows up on your door step) but it was quickly replaced with glee at the fact I scored so much at such a low price.Really happy with this buy. Would buy again if I didn't have a ton of incense that will last me a while!

I really don't like leaving such a poor review because the seller did a great job delivering the item on time and un-damaged. However, this is not the Nag Champa I used to buy on the street in Manhattan... there, the product had an almost indescribably amazing scent that was mellow and gentle. The incense I just purchased here has a harsh, or sharp, perfume / chemical edge to it and doesn't smell anything like Nag Champa. Instead of lighting incense, I place it around my home because the smoke creates a lot of dust... within a day of placing these cones I almost started to feel like my nose was stinging / burning a little. The price was right but you get what you pay for. It's not worth a trip to the Post Office to return so I am now dropping a cone in the bottom of my kitchen trash and recycling containers (they have lids) for lack of a better use. If the seller obtains a better quality product i would be very happy to purchase it from them.

This Incense has the best scent I have ever smelled. I usually do not like the odor of incense as so much of it is so heavy. This has a wonderful fragrance and it also puts on a beautiful smoke show with its almost dancing effect. I use it often when I feel the need to just sit and watch and enjoy the fragrance. A great help for slowing down the mind with its multitude of thoughts. I've had no problems with it not staying lit. I've had no problems with it period. This is my second box of 12. The first box was bought at an Indian Grocer in the Richmond, VA area. I live about an hour from there so I was so pleased when I saw that Amazon offered it.

I can't get used to any other Nag Champa other than Sai Baba's. The cones are more squat than others and put out quite a bit of smoke once they get going, almost too much. This might account for some reviewers opinions about sticks vs. cones. It's how it's burns as too why cones smell a little different than the sticks. Each pack includes a ceramic cone stand. Beware. Using them left a brown ring on my light wood table top. Another tip. If you want to shorten the time the cone puts out smoke (a lot), let it flame down half way down, then extinguish it. Don't blow out the flame like blowing out a birthday candle tho, the flaming cone might tip over. :)

Sold by A S Global USA, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Shipped locally.They sent me an off-display box, that had been opened and set up for display. Do they let them sit until the scent airs out, then sell them? All little boxes inside have oil stains all over them. Very annoying.Trying cones for easier to catch ashes.The Nag Champa cones do smell different from the Nag Champa sticks. The sticks are woody towards sandal, the cones are floral towards rose.

There is a lot of controversy in the comments about these. So I had to try these.Not disappointed. Lights easily, beautiful thick ribbons of smoke, smells a bit overwhelming, ohh but the after smell is pleasant. (Not a stale bong smell like so many of the others.)Comes in large pack with mini packs each containing a little ceramic plate. Arrived quickly, best $10.10 I ever spent. Namaste

I'm a Nag Champa fan, but I don't use it that often. I use the sticks when I do. I bought these cones because the house I bought left a candle holder in the bathroom that I thought would be cool to use in the garden with cones. Burning these just isn't the same, I didn't get any type of smell essence pleasure as I do with the incense sticks. It reminds me of cheap colognes and perfumes, not the nag champ I know and love. I grabbed my incense sticks and used them instead and I was right. They're different in smells. I wonder if I just got an old batch?

Not nag champa, I should have listened to the reviews, these smell so bad, like chemicals nothing like incense they are 100% fake and not worth your money, don’t buy these, they smell horrible, I suggest u buy the incense cones that come in a pack of two for 13 and smell amazing with way more scents to offer.

This one and also the Super Hit are 2 the best scents IMO.Sticks are also good, but cones are the best! Also it's best when used in ventilated area so the scent is mixed with fresh air.One downside for this product is the the packaging wasn't as presentable and it seems as if the outer box as well as inner ones were soaked in something oilish. The cones itself were absolutely fine. This also could be just bad luck.The bottom point, if you buying it for yourself, I would strongly recommend these cones. And if you get the same issue with the packaging, just take the everything out from the boxes and put in a container of your choice.

Not like previous purchases.. I’ve bought this fragrance often fir the last 15 years, burn the oils constantly throughout the day..( different company)These smell horrible not remotely like what it should.. smell disgusting and burnt.. they also dont stay lit. I must light and let it burn almost down to the middle of the cone, then blow out invurder fir them to stay lit. Never again!

Great product!Smells stronger, more concentrated than the incense sticks which is what I was looking for!So potent that you can even break a cone in half and just burn part of it, and your place will smell great!They give you a cute little stone/concrete incense cone holder in each box, and a few sample boxes inside the carton of their other scents.Very happy!

The quality of this box of cones is off. They do not smell like the Nag Champa cones that I have bought in the past. The smell is quite off putting. They do not light well and the stone base that the cone burns on is much different than those in past boxes. It is almost as if they are old or were stored wrong. I will need to buy another box, but not from this seller.
