Brilliant
Fabulous resource beautifully presented which I read cover to cover and continue to dip in an out of.An excellent resource for those of us without a sports science or similar background in terms of understanding and preventing injury. Its very easy to follow, the illustrations and photographs are clear and easy to follow, whilst being informative. This has really helped me to improve my practice. I have been so much more mindful of my form and engagement since reading this, and my technique has become much cleaner.I would highly recommend this to anyone concerned with how and why the body responds as it is does in aerial arts.

So helpful
I've been doing aerial arts for a few years and the number of small injuries I got is ridiculous. This has helped me a lot with understanding more about my body and the way aerials affect it. So helpful!

If you’re an aerialist, you need this book!
Written by an aerialist who’s also a DPT so has detailed knowledge of functional anatomy—a must-read for anyone doing lyra, trapeze, rope or silks. A lot of the information is applicable to pole as well.

Amazing insight
Being an aerialist this book is a must! But also useful as a teacher in both aerial, pilates and aerial yoga. Makes understanding routes and good engagement so much clearer and easier.
