Worth it.

I had purchased these for one of my many different types of EMS's (Electronic Muscles Stimulator). Some of my devices do not have built-in conduction pads or straps and require these gel pads... They come in a really handy, nice, flat, little, medium-sized box which is a really nice storage container! (It is super sleek and is opaque. The gel pads come in a heat-sealed packet containing 2 pads per packets and each pad has two films (gel pad covers), one on either side - one is blue, one is clear) and are really easy to open/remove the film from both sides & install them on your EMS Muscle Trainer/s! They do not 'dry' out, even after prolonged exposure to open air/ventilation (for months - I had tested a few singular gel pads to inspect them for longevity) and I had even used 9 of them to provide support & protection around the house as they are great for other versatile needs... They work just as intended and can be reused many times (and you can even double them up by adding an extra pad on top of each installed pad!). As you would expect, the potency of the adhesive falters after a couple of uses and starts to fall off easier each times - but that does not mean that they are ineffective, they are always somewhat 'sticky' and seem to never lose their ability to adhere to surfaces (like the skin or other surfaces) as they are always a "wet", squidgy gel consistency; they do not entirely stick that well to my skin regardless of condition - could just be me(?) as I have not been able to find a version that stays in place for long - I do not mind this as they serve their purpose/function and to combat the lack of adhesive, I wear joint supports* over the EMS devices that do not have a 'wrap-around' or latch design and just 'stick' to your abdominal muscles and arms/legs without any means of clasping other than the gel pads themselves... *I use a back support for my abs to hold the EMS in place + I use elbow supports to hold the arm EMS devices in place on my biceps/triceps... - I recommend these as they do serve their intended purpose well and somewhat work as expected... they seem to have enough adhesive for other people (maybe relative to skin types or other personal factors). They are bigger than the contact points/pads on the EMS device/s which is great as that completely eliminates any risk of discomfort/burning sensations from misaligned/poorly placed gel pads that do not cover the contact points - a necessity to ensure proper conduction/function. Some people complain that they are bigger but I see it as a very good thing as they are only slightly bigger, in all directions which means safer and thus more effective usage!.. They are inexpensive and very good; I will definitely purchase again in the future when I need to restock.

They are the right stuff for the job.

not very good, the gel is too sticky round the edges and are hard to peel apart. affecting its performance.

I bought these to go with an abs trainer I also bought on Amazon. These gel pads worked perfectly. Adhesion is good and easy to apply. The pads came in a handy box rather than loose (as with some other sellers) so you can keep them together. Great value for money and they were the cheapest I found on Amazon at the time. Recommended.

They are not sticky enough as many people have already reported ! Could possibly use once but I won’t be using…Waste of money. They do come in a nice plastic box and well packaged but not fit for purpose.

Bought for my LaB EMS system purchased from QVC. Buying form original manufacturer was more than double the price. So I was very surprised when these arrived and were exactly the same size and quality - only difference was no branding. Arrived next day came in their own storage pack. The packs on right are the extras provided by the EMS system manufacturer the others are the OSELEE
