This is fine. This worked exactly like it was supposed to work. Price was fine. Installation was fine. Everything is all good. Recommended to anybody.

This is a very good item for you to use for winterizing your pool. Is an exact fit to the original plate and allows for a quick seal to the water entering the skimmer. Once the cover is in place it allows you to blow out the lines and not have to lower the water level.

I do not drop my water level when I close my pool. I cover it with a security cover because I have grandkids. I do not drop the level but want to keep skimmer area dry. Cover plates work great. I had a new liner installed and thought it would be a great time to replace the skimmer. Old one were turning yellow after 10 years.

We used to drain our pool water 1" below the skimmer plate as needed every year to winterize. Not anymore since we were told about these skimmer wall plates and covers. Simply replace the skimmer wall plate with this new wall plate that has a lip that projects out around the entire perimeter of the wall plate. Snap the rubber cover on over lip of the skimmer wall plate, vacuum the water out of the skimmer, drain the water piping and you're ready for winter. We've been using this type of skimmer cover system for the past 30 years with absolutely no problems. I highly recommend this product.

Exactly the part that I needed. Fit perfectly in place. Wish it came with new screws.

Great cover. You do have to drill a lot of holes. Rent industrial hammer drill.
