I can definitely tell a difference after using this for about a month, it's great for removing callouses. I usually put socks on after I apply it & sleep like that. Callouses I've been using it on peel right off after awhile, my feet look great now compared to the starting point. Have also been using to soften a nail for an ingrown toenail situation that happened after I dropped a weight on my foot & lost the whole big toe nail & had to slowly regrow it over the course of a year. It grew back in a bit wonky, but softening the nail with this is helping to deal with the pain until it finished growing past the entire nail bed.

I am recovering from foot surgery and the site of the surgery started forming a hard callus (called a corn callus to be exact). The surgery was a success, but the way the skin healed was at a pressure point on my food, so a painful callus started forming at the site each time I stepped.Before this cream, I was using the 20% version and found that it was really not doing anything for me. The callus would build up and get very painful.Since using this 42% version with Salicylic acid, the excess callus is no longer forming! I apply about twice a day and sometimes wrap the site with medical tape just in case. At this point, the base of the callus is still there, but the excess layers barely form and the pain is down to 0 pretty much. I barely notice it. When the callus layers do develop a bit (after about a week), it comes off with a pumice stone.My only small critique is that it does smell a bit chemically. It's not bad at all, in fact its probably fragrance free but my nose picks up on the raw chemical smell, however it is not a show stopper. It'd be nice if it had a mellow scent version of it to mask it, but at the same time I do like that it doesn't contain extra chemicals just for the sake of odor. I recall the 20% version of it had a similar type of smell, so its possible nothing can be done about it.My podiatrist admitted he wants to sell this 40+% version of the cream, but told me that its off-market and pharmacies don't carry it, however Amazon does. I suppose the big brands don't manufacturer it at the moment, but glad Getsocio does!

Love this cream. Leaves my calluses feeling smooth and my skin around them feeling soft! Highly recommend it if you have bad calluses on the bottom of your feet. Also works great on dry skin on hands and elbows.

Not sure how accurate the formulation is compared to the ingredients list but so far so good. My feet are significantly softer and it absorbs well into the feet (no greasy feeling).

I bought this because my hands and feet have been having really dry scaly spots, some calluses as well. After even just a week of doing twice a day, complete 180. I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thanks

I have dry skin on the foot heels with deep cracks for years. Very embarrassing. After use this product, 2 day later, I can feel the difference .
