Cuts like a hot knife through butter
So I bought these shears to add to my first aid pack. These shears are super light weight, but don’t discourage you, they are built very well with just the right amount of thickness. As you can tell from my pictures they will cut though some material! They cut through 20 pieces of stock paper with ease. The Gatorade bottle was not an issue either, and the lid was like cutting through butter! Where you are looking for the perfect shear to add to your survival gear or first aid pack, or someone in the medical field looking for a set of shears that will do the job right the first time then look no further! This shear is the one you want to buy, definitely worth the money!

These are more heavy duty than many of the EMT shears you see on the market. I highly recommend.

The only trauma shears you will ever need.
The Surviveware trauma shears are excellent. They are very well made, strong, and lightweight. Most importantly, the coated stainless steel blades are exceptionally sharp. They are able to cut through multiple layers of clothing like a knife through butter, and the sizable safety tip on the bottom blade provides good protection for the patient. The handles/finger holes are an adequate size, and comfortable to use. Yes, they do cost a little more than other available trauma shears, but they are worth it.

Blunt End Shears Nicely Made
I got these for to add to my medical chest at home.I was actually surprised when I first seen them, becausethe look of them didnt look that like they would cut through anything.I was wrong, so the first thing I tried them on was a 6ply 4x4 drain sponge,it cut right through it paper and all. Then I tried a wadded up wet wipe and it didnt stick cut right through it.So then I went a got a thick wash cloth, and it cut right through that as well. These seem to work well. They are nice and sharp for what I will be using them for, and dont have to worry when trying to cut bandages off my grandson. The shears seem like they are nicely made, not flemsy. I tried pulling them apart to see if they were loose, and they seem to very tight. The handles seem to have plenty of room for finger grasping, for man or women.I do like these, and glad that I purchased them.
