I am not sure if it is the Michigan winter or the stress of searching for a new house but I have noticed that my stress level is higher than normal. I have noticed a slight change in my attitude lately since starting this supplement. I have been calmer and better able to deal with stressful situations. Could be the vitamins, could be the placebo effect either way I will keep taking it.
