I like the pattern because it's easy to cut along the lines of the pattern. It is solid to protect the shelf. It stays in place but is not adhesive so the shelf is not marred.

Much better than lining paper!
Did all my kitchen cupboards with this and even my husband ordered it for his stuff! Easy to cut, works great under dishes, etc
