Performance Plus Carts Club Car DS and Precedent Golf Cart Brake Drum - Fits 1995-Up

What is the inside diameter of this brake drum?

One wheel on my club car ds is about 6.25 inches and the other is about 6.5 inches. is this standard make up? i received the wrong one from amazon.

I know these are cast but the ad shows that they are machined is this the case and confirming they fit my CC Precedent 2011

Brake shoes have been adjusted all the way in and these will not slide on. Preparing to return. Any last minute tips?
