I don’t know the size chart, but I’m about 5’ 2” or 3” and a medium fits me well.

90 pounds is very small so I’d say size small

What does the " plus" mean in the size chart?

Could mean bigger size or that it comes with top & bottom. These are the best thermals I've ever bought.
