If i order this product how long it takes to ship

When we ordered, it says in stock and is prime. It’s been 2 weeks and still no shipping confirmation. We have called twice and got the run around both times. They told us it’s in stock but they don’t know which fulfillment center it’s in. Another, they told us we’d get a shipping confirmation within the next 5 days…. It’s already been 2 weeks!

In the photo, there appears to be bicycle mouths as well. Do these come with the basket?

Hi Michael,The photo you see is a standard photo for the product. Thule did have plans to come out with the accessory crossbar but we could not design one that passed our testing.

Does it fit on 2017 4 Runner?
