Highly recommend.
Yes! Another children's book but why not? The cover is beautiful! The whole book is gorgeously illustrated throughout. In the beginning it gives an introduction to the main character and the different cats within the story. It also has some facts about cats too.Perfect for cat lovers. A 100 page read. This is book five in the Kitty series but reads fine as a Standalone. A brilliant children's book full of imagination and colour. It's about the festival of light but a thief is soon apparent and its kitty's job to find the thief and return the items to save the night.Within is a message that stealing is not okay. That making people feel happier is better than people feeling bad. That even if you did something wrong you can still fix it and I believe all children need to know that. I am keeping this to pass on to my daughter so she can read it when she's a little older. Highly recommend! Four stars from me.

Girl by day, cat by night!
This small paperback book, has a stunning cover with shiny copper segments in it, which makes the cover really pop out .Kitty, the main character, with her cat like special powers and her many cats, must stop a thief, sneaking through the crowds at a lantern festival, stealing anything that’s shiny. Can she stop the thief before the festival ends. The book has 109 pages, and the text is large and well spaced out, with gorgeous black and vibrant orange graphics throughout.

Nice story but black and sharp orange illustrations may make it tiring.
This is a beautiful return story book about a young girl who has cat superpowers. The story revolves around this superhero girl who is to stop a thief in a lantern festival. The thief goes around among people to spoil the fun and and steel shiny things. It's a nice written and beautiful story with moral objectives.Illustrations are beautiful however I found them a bit tiring because there are only two or three colours black, sharp orange, and white in the illustrations. I would imagine kids with sensory issues my find the book confusing or tiring.Although the story is nice and well written but due to the colouring of the book I would not buy it myself.

Good for a six year old.
This was a good story to share with our six year old. It's a fun tale with Kitty and her cat based super powers out to catch a thief. The character intro at the start was helpful as this was our first Kitty story but that did not stop us understanding and enjoying this. The orange and black and white illustrations are great and gave us extra bits to infer from. Kitty is a fun character and this story is really all about knowing right from wrong as well as making amends for mistakes. As a shared read it was about right for our six year old so we could take it in turns. The chapters are quite long, about twenty pages so it was not our choice as a quick bedtime read. Better read with time to take it in properly. We will be seeking out more Kitty stories on the series! Great!
