Sargent World Sport Performance ZRX Solo Seat - Black Accents

After a lot of research, I purchased the Sargent Solo seat for my 1999 ZRX1100. This seat is a lot more comfortable than the tired OEM seat that was on the machine. Contrary to the description, this seat still has a seating are for a passenger, it's just styled to look more like a solo seat. The small container for storage underneath the seat is great to safely place registration/insurance paperwork in as it is weatherproof.

I purchased this seat for my Y2000 ZRX1100. Excellent manufacturing quality, very well made. Unfortunately the under-seat stash compartment added bulk to the seat form in the rear pushing the rider position too far forward. It was a cramped posture like I was riding on the tank and I'm only 5' 10". That plus I could not get it to engage the latch down properly. Almost broke my key off turning the mechanism to release. I'm sure some washer shims under the locking bracket would fix but I didn't want to modify the seat.

Had one of these on my BMW and could ride all day. My Kawasaki seat was too narrow and I hoped that another SARGEANT would cure the problem and it certainly did. Great seat. Great quality. Great price. The slope on this seat cured my slide forward and greatly increased comfort due to a wider flatter area that my behind sits on.
