I made 2 robes from this pattern.
I made a robe from my wedding dress for my daughter. Also made a child’s robe for my grandson. I’m not a super experienced sewer but managed this until one step that was confusing but found it on you-tube. Otherwise the pattern made 2 nice robes so far.

HOUSECOAT/BATHROBE PATTERN
I can never find a robe in a light weight fabric I like. I’ve been sewing since age 8 - made my clothes during my working days when we had to wear dresses and skirt outfits. The pattern comes in many sizes so it’s very versatile not just once and done.

Easy pattern
The pattern was very easy to follow. I used it to make 7 robes ranging from large adult to small child and they all fit perfectly!

Great price, good pattern
This was cheaper than buying in person at Joann’s so it is already a win. The pattern itself I thought was a little difficult regarding the shawl collar and how it comes together at the nape of the neck, and the instructions were a little vague in that area but I was able to get it done and it’s a great garment.

Pattern on the way large side
I made 7 linen robes for my daughters and daughters-in-law. Decided to make the small first to see how they would fit the girls. It was huge. I made the rest XS…still will be swimming in them. Nice looking pattern with a rolled collar, just way too big.

Easy to make, not lined, short sleeves
This was fast and easy to make for my son. The robe is not lined so I used additional fabric to line it. Now it is plush, warm, and fuzzy inside and out. Sleeves measure short so be sure to add additional length when cutting out the fabric. I added additional length to the robe too.Instructions were good. I plan on making an adult size in the future.
