I've been dealing with an anus demon for over a week. I've had one before but nothing this painful and have never seen a Dr. about it (pooping was AWFUL and unbelievably painful). I tried everything (witch hazel, Prep H, Hem dissolvable tablets, Dollar General pain cream with lidocaine 4% worked better than the 5% lidocaine I tried, I also stared a fiber gummy called Roid Rage LOL. I used this product "manually" with the DG pain cream and was still in pain. I finally was in enough pain that I used one of the dispensing cups twice last night (my first time putting anything up my outhouse - felt a little full but did not hurt!) and woke up able to poop without pain!! I'm going to do another treatment tonight and will ALWAYS have this product on hand.

This is undoubtedly the best ointment I have found. For the first time in months I feel comfortable. I have a hemorrhoid and a fistula. Easy to use

I'm rating this product a three because when I apply cream it stings and causes pain. It takes awhile before I can feel any relief. Not sure if this is a allergic reaction or if this is the way the product works. Will attempt to use it a third time, if I get the same reaction I will send it back. Also, the product does not come with a cover for the applicator.

I’ve used different kinds of remedies from witch hazel, to menthol rub, petroleum jelly, and other expensive-er ointment creams but this has been the ONLY solution to the literal excruciating pain in my a**. I mean it got so bad that just the thought of dropping the kids off at the pool made me wince in pain ahead of sitting down on the toilet seat.I’ve been using it regularly 2-3, even 4 times a day for a week and a half now, and the relief from this stuff blows all those other remedies out the water, and far off into the closest landfill. This cream has been phenomenal. Not to sound too graphic or anything but it has reduced the size of the prolapse, along with reducing the amount of pain I’ve been silently enduring by a significant amount. I’m talking about pain level 20 down to a 3 or 4 on a scale of 1-10. The protrusion shrunk into a corner and my starfish couldn’t literally feel any better than before.Upon application, there is a satisfying—almost medium Scoville heat level like sensation—just think the heat level of a spicier jalapeno pepper; And this sensation does a great job of countering the pain. It’s weird to think so but it does. For me, this was a much needed sensation other than feeling the constant varying degrees of pain tag teaming each other to torture me down yonder. Application is easy. As pictured, I used a cotton swab to do the dirty work and this works fine. Just a little bit goes a long way too. Cliche to say so, I know, but it really does. Anymore and you’re just wasting it.I’m definitely buying more when I run out and totally recommend this item. Stop the search and just get this stuff. Your a** will thank you for being so kind as to introduce this cream to it.

Great Product and if you have hemorrhoids or fissures, I would definitely suggest this!!! For awhile I was using traditional hemorrhoid products for what I thought was hemorrhoids until I noticed blood and that the problem was not going away, so I did some research and learned that they were not hemorrhoid, instead they were fissures (tears). I did a search for products that could help with tears and found this product and decided to give it a try. I washed and applied the product everyday for 1 week and the problem started to clear up, it instantly provided significant relief, and within 2 weeks it was completely gone, which was fast as I learned that fissures can take time to clear up. I could not be happier with this product as it saved the day and if I encounter a hemorrhoid issue, I will certainly turn to this product given its success with fissures!! Great product, for sure!!!!!

Well here I am again, burdened with a hemorrhoid or two and unable to enjoy some of life’s simplest pleasures like sitting down, taking a poop, or doing the two-step without wincing in pain as my cheeks clench. Alas! A true rival to Preparation H, this hemmy cream really works wonders. When prep h seemed to do nothing but leave some oil stains on my underwear this cream came in hot and ready to handle the action. It seems like this cream has the most mild cooling burning icy hot like sensation that just really makes me feel alive, relaxed, a little spicy but, most importantly, she comes with results! I imagine this must be why she is only for external use. Earnestly, I can say this cream is soothing and highly effective in alleviating pain and reducing the size of the painful red pearls that seem to be latched onto my bum like mussels to a ship long forgotten and retired at harbor.
