The American Kennel Club's Meet the Breeds: Dog Breeds from A-Z

This book is one of the best dogs books I have ever purchased. It has wonderful information about each breed and the pictures of the breeds are all in color. I also like that there are pictures of each breed as a puppy as well as an adult. I am a retired dog groomer and I am familiar with most of the breeds, but this will be very helpful for my fellow volunteers at my local humane society. I highly recommend the book to everyone.

Nice little book. I bought it for my daughter and she's been looking through it. Seems to have all the breeds. (all the ones I know of anyways!)

Great book, easy to understand descriptions of the breeds. Details are consistent from breed to breed so it's easy to compare when deciding what kind of a dog to get. Also like that there is a puppy picture and an adult picture for each breed.

great pictures! it has lots of things you need to know about every breed. this book gave me good advise.

I was a little disappointed when I got this book...I was expecting more breeds than it contained. Maybe a good book for a beginner though. I just felt it could have contained more in-depth information.

My niece loves all animals. Book is loaded with pictures on every page. The target audience may not be 6 year old girls, but she loved it!
