Good item, few minor things
It has good suction, easy to manipulate around d the room and plenty of attachments.Few minor issues. No instructions where provided so had to work out where all the release buttons etc are which could lead to damage if you are not sure. I lucked out. Also, it's terrible at staircases. The tube is so tense it drags the hoover all over.

Disappointing dyson
I’ve had Dyson for many years but am disappointed with this one. It’s creaky and whistles and although it’s a renewed one feelsOld and used. Wish I’d bought a newer model

Not fit for purpose
Very noisy .doesn't pick up tge slightest hair. Doesn't do the job .I have asked to return as it isn't fit for purpose and haven't heard back mit simply dies not work
