Very good quality for the price!
Body Armour has provided a product that is not only affordable but very high quality! It arrived safely and packed very well. Easy to unpack and setup, but helps to have two people to initially unfold and lift to its destination. I rigged a way to keep it on the ceiling of my garage until ready to mount on my roof rack for trips. Mounts to any standard roof rack and the included ladder is of the higher quality telescoping kind that you would usually pay much more for. Once deployed, it is stable and comfortable, although I added a bit of padding (a two inch inflatable foam mattress) which still folds up in the tent along with my bedding and makes this SO comfortable for sleeping during overland trips. It has stayed perfectly dry during some pretty hard rainstorms in the mountains! Like any rooftop tent, it's a bit of a pain to take down and get all zipped up and strapped down, but this isn't anything unique to this particular one. I prefer to keep it deployed for a couple days at least and just stay put to enjoy the area. I'm now 3 years into using it, with over 25 nights spent in the tent and it's held up perfectly. I also purchased their awning which makes a great matching addition to the setup.

Great entry level rooftop tent
First off- The item came well packaged and was delivered to me in a week and a half. Very happy for that, I was trying to beat the camping season rush. The tent- The material quality feels durable but I know higher end tents come with slightly better stitching but, for a entry-level tent it is nothing short of amazing. Tons of headroom, includes a 3 inch memory foam mattress with A washable cover, A skyview window that is vented but also could be zipped completely close to block off the light or rain, vented side windows, and a rain fly.The installation- It took me about five hours and 500 curse words to put this tent together but I did it. I didn’t have another person to help me and my driveway isn’t level which added to the difficulty of lifting this tent onto the roof. Really, the hardest part of the installation was lifting it on top of the car. I highly recommend having another person nearby to help as you can really hurt yourself, damage the tent or even worse, damage your vehicle.User experience- I've only slept in the tent once at the time of writing this review but it was very comfortable, level ground is necessary for the best sleep. There’s so much room inside, It can sleep 2 people but the tent has more length than width so keep that in mind. Plenty of hooks to hang battery powered lights or a small fan but I do wish they included a shoe bag as I found myself stuffing my shoes in the corner of the tent by the entry way. The collapsible ladder is pretty nice but it flexes more than I expected it to and I’m only 175 pounds. What I really appreciate, besides the comfortable mattress, was that the tent did not creek or squeak during use and there was at least an effort to cover all of the hard surfaces with that tent material. Lastly, Unfolding and prepping the tent for use is a breeze after the first or second time, just knowing were the window awning rods install is the trick. In conclusion- I highly recommend this for a first time camper who wants to use your vehicle as sleeping facilities without having to sleep inside of the vehicle with all of their camping gear. You don’t need a $50,000 truck to make this work. You can have a minivan or any car with factory roof bars but cross bars are necessary to install this tent. I recommend buying crossbars from a REPUTABLE BRAND, this tent weights over 100lbs so cheap, no name cross bars will fail catastrophically.

Great Rooftop Tent 4 the price $
Overall I would give this tent a 9 out of 10.... Not as big as my previous rooftop tent but that's my fault honestly for not paying attention to dimensions close enough before purchasing the itemI've taken my Lil girl in it twice already, once to Ormond Beach ⛱️ down here in sunny Florida where you can drive on the beach and parkThe next time we went camping in Tomokoa State Park and there was a heavy rainstorm that night, didn't get a drop of water on us with the provided tarpSuper easy to set up initially/break down when doneMade with awesome materials that feel sturdy(Especially the ladder which is well made)A+++ PurchaseThe memories I'm about to make in this thing are gonna be epic

Great and comfortable
At first we didn’t know what to expect since this tent is the cheapest one of the market . However, it met all of our expectation and some. We used it for the first time camping and had severe thunderstorm every night . The tent did not budge . We slept like a baby . No water came in at all and the rainfly did it’s job . 10/10 would recommend for anyone as a first RTT. Mattress could be a little thicker and the “sunroof” would be nice if it was on the other side of the ladder so we could see the stars at night. Other than that , it’s great.

Must Buy !!
I'm not the type of person to write reviews but this one was a must! All I can say is I am a happy person with this purchase. I'm huge on camping and outdoor person. One of the main reason why I bought this was for a Glamis trip. Let me tell you! The tent is waterproof and windproof! I was not aware of the weather for the trip and a storm hit. Not only was it raining but 7-10 mph. The tent stood and I was completely dry. To assemble the tent is easy. The only thing is you need a second person to lift the tent on the roof. Its pretty heavy. Overall, I am happy.

Some what worth it
Manual papers were useless. I figured it myself. Cheap Clamps out of aluminum are provided I recommend buying heavy duty clamps. Ladder is cheap as hell. I had to reinforce mine. 190lb myself and that thing was loose as hell. Overall mattresses provided is somewhat comfortable but I recommend investing on a nice memory foam. Supper spacious and heavy duty. Not worth $1200 more like $800 -$900 . Zipper is cheap . I also had to drill holes to my rack to adjust this tent. Def would recommend someone to help you load it I did it myself but it’s pretty heavy.
