Four stars because it is a well made, easy to assemble product. We have several cats most of which prefer to live outside, even though all are welcome to the inside of our home. I purchased this for my small eight year old cat that has chosen to live outside. However, she would not enter it. I believe because of the plastic smell. Many of the other cats, enjoyed trying out the POD, while it was outside.We have brought it inside for occasional visitors, many which are large cats and do find it a restful shelter. Finally, I wanted to mention that the POD held up perfectly outside while, partially sheltered.

Well, I love it but none of my cats have taken a liking to it... yet! We recently moved so they are very busy exploring their new surroundings and may associate the cozy space with the pet carrier used to transport them to their new home. The design is aesthetically pleasing so a major plus for us humans! I think they'll eventually warmup to the cozy nook once they settle in a bit.

Nice modern design but definitely smaller than appeared in picture. I do not believe that the opening is 10.3" as described. Manufacture contacted me immediately after purchase indicating that if there were damage in shipping to contact Amazon and not them--seems shady as there were some reviews regarding MANUFACTURE packaging. Overall, nice addition for a clean modern look.

I really love the design of the product. But.... I ordered the cave three times, and each time I received it damaged. I gave it so much tries, because I really wanted to have it. Very very very disappointed!!!

My smallest dog 4 lbs fits comfortable ,but they all like it and want to squeeze in there but it's funny my 8 lbs dog could hardly get out after she stuffed herself in. So it's good for a small cat or a tiny dog

I have one cat who practically lives in this pod. I don't know what his deal is, but he loves it and refuses to leave it or let the other cats use it. Set-up is simple, and I've washed the bedding a few times on a gentle setting and it's held up. It's easy to clean as well. I've never seen my largest cat (15 lbs) use it, but again, that might be due to his brother hogging it all the time.

This arrived a little bit scuffed and my cats had absolutely no interest in it. The cushion, while cute, seemed poorly sized/shaped for them anyway. Ended up returning it. I bought three cat bed/caves at the same time and they liked the other two a lot.

Great product and the company has excellent customer service. My older cat loves it - I think it holds in her body heat and keeps her warm. The younger cat wants to get in too, so I may order a 2nd one. It was easy to assemble (a 2nd person to assist was helpful) and well-made. I highly recommend the product as well as the IMK9 customer service.
