This a great package! The guitar has a beautiful sound and the case is good quality. The bundle includes everything I needed to get back to guitar playing. Everything arrived in excellent shape.

Broken case
The guitar is great, built in tuner and EQ functions properly. One of the latches on the case does not close because it’s broken so the latch stays open catching on everything

Broken neck
Neck was broken right out of the box seemed packaged really well but it pre stung and the stings pulled the neck forward and broke
