Storage, storage, did I mention the storage?
As with every Wildhorn Outfitter product, compared to other products available on the market in a similar price range their products are hands down the best available for your money and the Brimhall is just another example of this. This bag is hands down a must for anyone who travels through airports to ski destinations and knows the pain of having to lug your gear. This boot bag - with all of it's storage compartments - can easily fit all of your essential gear and still leave you with room to squeeze in those smaller items as well. Carrying options come in three flavors: by handles (two options), a over the shoulder strap, or as a backpack. Straps can be easily tucked away for some additional space saving when fitting into overhead bins on the airplane. Not someone who hits the slopes? No worries, the boot side of this bag can double as a mini suitcase and you can easily fit 3-4 outfits and use the other compartments for socks, undergarments, toiletries, etc. If you're a budget minded individual you cannot find a better quality bag for the price. As you can see in the pictures, I've purchased a lot of their products and I can't stress enough about the quality of their products at their price point.#sharethewild #wildhornoutfitters

Excellent all-in-one for an occasional skiier
Unfortunately my husband and I only get to go skiing once a year if I'm lucky, so I cannot speak to long-term constant use of this bag. That said, it is well constructed and (so far) quite durable. My items are kept safe and undamaged. However, because we only ski occasionally, I don't want to be fussing with all of my equipment; I want convenience so as to maximize my slope time! This bag makes that possible. My boots (women's size 8 walking shoe) fits well, but so do my husband's boots in his bag (men's size 13). There are convenient panels to keep the boots from smashing into each other. There is also a small metal-reinforced drainage hole built in, so any residual snow has a place to go. I also appreciate that the backpack straps are oriented on the side of the bag with the boots. This places the heaviest equipment closest to my back, whereas the lighter things like my helmet and goggles go in the other side, further away from my body. This is smart. When not in use, the back-pack straps have a pocket to disappear into, so they don't catch on stuff.I also love how many little net-pockets are available on the inside. There is room for *everything* ski related and then some. I was able to fit my helmet, gloves, goggles, about a dozen hand and foot warmers, extra socks, my waterproof shell layer, and about a metric ton of snack bars in there, with LOTS of room to spare. I imagine that if you are a day-trip skier, you could pack everything in here and be done with it (minus your skis or snowboard)! If I had a criticism it would be that I found carrying it by hand (like a briefcase or duffel bag) was a little inconvenient. Not enough to ruin it or detract a star from this review, but this is a bulky bag. Lugging this through an airport meant constant bumping into my leg, but I think that would be true with any boot bag carried in this manner. In summary, I can fit everything in here except the kitchen sink and my dog with room to spare and thus far it looks like it will hold up well to normal wear-and-tear. This bag was designed intelligently and with a nod to convenience.

Wonderous
My ski group takes one trip a year from California to Colorado, on an airline (which lets us check a boot bag and ski bag as one item). This boot bag is wonderfully capacious. I worried that the airline would say "Hey! Your boot bag is for boots, not your helmet, underwear, and all your ski miscellaneous junk!" But, they didn't. (I have heard one airline employee say that your ski bag and boot bag, combined, should not exceed their 50# weight limit, so exercise some discretion.)Not really a negative, but I don't use their recommended internal storage arrangement. I put my ski helmet in the central compartment, with my goggles inside the helmet. I have seen heavy, hard-sided luggage slide strongly into other bags at airports. Although the soft, plush pocket for goggles is very nice, I worry that it wouldn't stand up to airline luggage handling.

Great Ski Boot & Accessories Bag
Going skiing for the first time in many years, I had purchased a couple of Wildhorn Helmets, Wildhorn Roca Goggles with interchangeable lenses, and their Tolcat Gloves. I found the quality of all their products to be excellent, so when I was looking for a Ski & Boot Bag, I figured I would try theirs. I was not disappointed. While I did not own ski boots when I left for my ski trip, I used that compartment for my ski socks, baselayers, pants and jacket. While in Colorado, I did purchase boots, and they fit perfectly in the ski boot compartment, which has a zipered stretchable mesh cover, a removable divider, and holes to allow any water/moisture to exit the bag - nice touch. The other side of the bag has four separate compartments, each with a zippered stretchable mesh cover to make sure whatever is in each compartment, stays put. The outer compartments at opposite ends are each big enough to hold a helmet (or other larger item), and I actually brought two helmets with me. The two smaller compartments in the center of the bag are perfect for goggles with extra lenses, gloves and other accessories. All the compartments are padded for extra protection, and the goggles specific compartment has extra padding should you bring your goggles without a case. Also, there is an outside zippered compartment that can be used for damp items. The bag itself is extermely lightweight, well designed, and strong enough to accommodate everything its designd to carry. Finally, this bag has multiple handles and straps, so it can be carried using one of its handles, using its shoulder strap, or as a bag pack. I found this bag to be most useful, very versatile and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great ski bag.
