This cereal is a main staple for my household! I add cooked farro, dried dates, nuts, cardamom, cinnamon, chopped apples… the options are endless and it’s all so satisfying!

This is a healthy hearty fast addition to full grain oatmeal. It adds taste and texture to oatmeal. I have been eating oatmeal for 40 years for breakfast and it is perfect in every way. Local Smith's grocery does not sell 7 grain in any brand so this is perfect. I add it to spouse musilie cereal and it is great addition

I use to buy this cereal locally, but haven’t been able to find it for years. I like a hot cereal, but hate the mush that most oatmeal’s become. This has a nice firm chew texture. I decide to google search for it and was so happy to find it through Amazon. The only down side - and after it happened this time, I remember it use to happen to, it WILL boil over in a microwave bowl if you don’t put it in a pretty large bowl.

i got granola instead of the cereal i ordered., granola was good enough but hard.

The delivery was very speedy, the boxes of cereal was very nicely packaged and I just love this seven-grain oatmeal. It is so easy to cook in the microwave and very delicious and healthy.

I cook them in Instant Pot in high pressure for 10 mins. Best hot cereal, keeps my energy high for many hours. If you are looking for a 'plant-based' breakfast high in proteins, minerals and energy, this is it!

Love this cereal… no sugar and no salt but delicious and nutritious!!! Very healthy!
