Continental ContiTech Premium 5/8 in. Dia x 50 ft. Commercial Grade Rubber Black Water Hose

A few other hoses I’ve tried leak like sieves at the faucet connection, but not this one. Nice sturdy hose, connects well, doesn’t leak. I use one in the basement to drain a dehumidifier, and one in the yard. I’ve tried a few others, and this one is the best. It does kink in garden use, but not often and straightens right out. It’s all rubber, and so the fact that it rarely kinks is a sign of good design.

I went from using what I thought would be a good durable hose from Home Depot only to have it turn out to be heavy, kink frequently, and be a real pain to use. This hose is light, does not have kink memory and goes on and off my hose reel with ease. No leaks at the attachments either. Time will tell how it will hold up, but functionality so far is great!

This is my first 3/4 inch hose as a homeowner. I thought the larger diameter would be better for irrigation from a pond. The hose is very heavy even before it is full of water but the hose does move a lot of water. The weight may be better suited for farm or industrial use. During the summer the hose easily kinks easily when you try to stretch out a coil on the ground. This softness may be helpful in colder weather. I would not buy again for home use and go back to the 5/8 inch hose next time.

I have been using this hose since 2016. I have no problem with this hose. It is very durable, high quality and easy to handle. I use this with my pressure washer which is a great combination to my pressure washer. The hose doesn’t collapse or kink easily. Gave my parents a 50FT and they love it also. The rubber washer on the faucet end will go bad after around 5 years. Which you will have to replace on any hose you have for a period of time. Change it out for Cents and run that hose for another 5 years. You will not regret this purchase.

Great Hose. Have tried so many different ones. This one is awesome! Although not a great as the one I found at Home Depot that was a good year this is a great replacement.

High quality hose. It is indeed rubber as listed. No leaks, no issues to mention at all. This is worth the extra few bucks for the extra quality.

Bought this hose to use in my fish tank, I use it to drain and refill my 55 gallon aquarium and it does a wonderful job i keep it coiled under the tank and it has been free of any smells or kinks. Should have purchased this years ago.

got a hole in it within a couple of weeks. I my line of work, hoses are not treated gently, but should last longer than a couple of weeks. Save your $ & buy a cheapie at a store. FYI... I also bought another hose made by Continental ...( brown/red ( rust ) color ). After a couple of months, it is fine
