Quality item - I thought I would have to input the date with the characters in the tray provided but no way it is a roller system for the date and the text you simply add yourself. the text prints in blue and the date in red. Good quality item - just what I needed

Had one for 10 years without a fault. Had to buy new as ran out of years on the selector.
I need custom date stamps for my business and I have several of these. The only reason I had to buy two new ones is because I'd had it 10 years so I'd run out of years on the ribbon. So I can safely say these are built to last, it's used daily (5 days a week) and didn't break in 10 years of use.
