I originally ordered these extensions in the wrong color, the company shipped me a new pack within 2 days of reaching out, free of charge. These extensions are good quality, straightened well & don’t have a weird scent at all. Will definitely purchase again when it comes time to replace them. The customer service team is quick and efficient!!

I have worn different kinds and brands of extensions for the past 10+ years and this is hands down my favorite brand. I use a decent amount of heat on them and there has never been an issue. This brand always lasts the longest for me. I never have issues with tangling, shedding, frizz, etc.

The hair is nice, in fact it's very nice; however, the clips do not stay. When I install them they unclip and therefore are unusable. If the clips won't stay clipped; how is the hair functional? It's very unfortunate that 3 clips in my pack are like this (both 2 clips and one three clip). They need better quality control as this is unacceptable and a waste of time and money for me.

First off the hair is very soft and feels like virgin hair and it isn’t thin which I love BUT when I took the hair out of the packaging I did notice that there was some small white specks of what looked like dandruff throughout the hair, which I find disgusting. I ended up washing the hair multiple times to get it all out and let them air dry. I’ve bought platinum blonde extensions from this seller multiple times without any issues but this time was definitely different with buying the 1b extensions.

Perfect for dark black hair and as well enough pieces if you have thin hair and looking for natural looking and still super full hair. Beyond my expectations
