Amazing for difficult hereditary adrenal disorders that are hard to heal, and by extension helped thyroid too. I feel more level headed, less distracted, it helped low blood pressure, I have less chronic bruising, less swelling and seem to be less cold-intolerant, oddly enough my IBS is better and I can eat a wider variety of foods now too. My energy isn’t as impacted as I would've liked but it definitely takes the edge off anxiety and depression better than any perscription! Didn’t enjoy the ginseng in the formula but it’s just in the jumpstart pills and from what I researched I do see the benefit of ginseng kickstarting the whole process for shortterm use. I never never never can usually take stimulants due to anxiety from the adrenal burnout they cause and just didn’t have the tolerance most do for ginseng but pushed through and am still glad I did it that way. I think my particular adrenal disorder makes me hypersensitive to ginseng so many might not experience the same adrenal burnout side effects. Just stick with their regimen of 1-2 months on this jumpstart formula and switch, don’t hesitate for more than a few months to switch because jumpstart has the potential to hurt your thyroid if used longterm from what I have read—-someone please correct that if I am wrong, but that’s my understanding for people with thyroid issues. If you are NOT a chronic autoimmune, thyroid, or adrenal victim then DISREGARD -you’re body processes stimulants properly and you do not have to worry about this. For those of you with thyroid problems, or suspect its lower functioning: the ginseng still should be okay and is found beneficial for getting the whole adrenal system “jumpstarted”, it just could overtax the thyroid after longterm use and with the combo of thyroid abuse we put ourselves through with our sturdy american diet and crazy toxic chemicals, it’s a great recipe for your thyroid to just give out, go kaputz and literally die. Thyroid death, as in you get to be on Synthyroid permanently for the rest of your life like my gma. So while this is an excellent PART of the natural cure, its not the complete cure. Just follow Gaia’s regimen on the bottles and switch to the regular adrenal support formula gaia has after 1-2 months and stay consistent, it’ll change your life! But beware if you use jumpstart too long it could impact your life negatively permanently as well, which I hope I am explaining properly, and would appreciate if anyone with a more scientific mind could compound upon! And an added tip: try juicing in the mornings with this for energy, or adding some extra schizandra for sexual health and general speeding up of all healing, or try eating less soy and go organic to feel the effects faster. Usage tips: Never take at night it has a semi-stimulant. If you don’t eat food with it you’re tummy will make you pay dearly later, I usually just wait until lunch to take it if I skip breakfast it’s just not worth the strife lol. I have a super stressful job, dealing with Hollywood Bridezillas (and some good people, too) in the film industry in Hollwood-land. I should definitely write a tell-all about slogging away in the trenches. Anyway - When I realized my adrenals were trashed, I tried this. I noticed after about 6 to 8 weeks I was handling stressful situations A LOT better, and was cooler and calmer; and not as agitated. You can only take it for 3 months, then you ramp down to a less intense version. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This is the second time in a row that I’ve received the product sliding out of the cardboard box in the jar belongs in with the cap broken. Do better.

I waited a few weeks to write this review to see if I noticed any improvement. First let me say I have not been officially diagnosed with any adrenal issues. Although all my bloodwork always came back ok at the doctor, I had all the symptoms of adrenal fatigue and it was beginning to have an impact on my day to day life. I NEEDED to nap every day after I got home from work. I was exhausted. Had to drag myself up to make dinner for the family, and chores etc before bed. I suffered from insomia at night.... woke up tire and the cycle would repeat the next day.I noticed an improvement in energy the very first day I took the Adrenal Health Jump Start. Not in a jittery, caffiene way. I am fortunate to have tolerated it well with no side affects or stomach issues as others reported. I take two capsules in the moring with a light breakfast. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I can say I haven't napped once, I come home from work and don't even sit down before starting dinner and hanging out with my kids (young adults at home) in the kitchen. It doesn't take me forever to fall asleep at night and I STAY asleep. I've never been a "morning person" and I doubt that will change ... but at least when the alarm goes off I am rested and can get up and start my day. The subtle change in anxiety level is hardly noticable, but it's definatly improved. After the first week I ordered a recurring subscription of this product, and the Adrenal Health Nightly Restore.
