I was very impressed by the packaging of this product. It came in a well-designed and informative cardboard wrapper. Most supplements just come as the bottle. This presentation gave me some further security against any chances of tampering. I've been taking 3 pills a day, every morning and am starting to notice some of the benefits to my gut and digestive health. I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel after this first cycle is complete. I would recommend based on the packaging, the quality of the product and the potential benefits of taking milk thistle extract.

I originally purchased milk thistle for my small dog who was diagnosed with valley fever. She needed it to protect her liver from the harsh fungicides she was taking to kill the VF spores. After being on it for a year her blood work came back with her liver functioning at normal levels. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with a fatty liver but never knew what to take to help it, so I decided to take milk thistle, too. My last blood panel came back with my liver function at the higher end of normal. I'm a believer now that this product really does help protect your liver and will continue giving it to my dog as well as taking it myself.

I was instructed to get milk thistle tabs by my cosmetic surgeon to help with healing and detoxification. These are small, simple tablets that you take 3 of, once a day. So happy these are vegan which is sometimes harder to find in capsules. The quality is great, there is no flavor/smell and although it says to take with a meal, I have not had any stomach irritation or issues taking alone.

I use milk thistle extract to help rejuvenate my liver health. I have been using this product for about 5 months, 1 tablet 3 times daily, and have had no issues and my liver tests have been consistently normal. I am not crediting this product with the results, but at the very least, it is probably helping me to prevent any further damage while adjusting my lifestyle. This product is GMP certified which gives me some confidence in its quality and purity. I would recommend at this time.

This is a good value, lower cost milk thistle. It doesn't have the same pungent aroma a some of the other brands I have tried. I am having a physical done in March, so i will be interested to see if my blood work has changed and if so, how much. I expect some positive change, as I have used this supplement in the past and it did impact my personal results. I had used capsules in the past, so these pills were a little adjustment, but they are pretty small and easy to swallow. Overall, a very good product for the money.

I tried this for the first time , after reading about the benefits of taking Milk Thistle.Since I have been taking it , My intestinal problems have improved. So much so, that I am going to use it all the time now. . Great product. All natural. Speedy shipping .Would buy again from this seller.Best price and value out there , so why would I look somewhere else? I did not recieve a discounted sample. I still can't say how good the pills themselves are ... It takes time - I take 3 pills a day and this is only the second day of my taking these pills. I'll add my review after 2 weeks of use and add stars if it deserves it... But for now 3 stars is what I consider as neutral at the moment...

You truly have to buy them to understand what they can provide for you as I am sure everyone will feel somewhat different. In my opinion, these are amazing! I had no idea how much healthier I would feel and how much my recovery time would increase until I started taking these supplements. I could physically feel how these helped me. I didn't wake up as tired, I could enjoy wine again with my girlfriend, I could eat foods I was previously hesitant to eat out of fear of an upset stomach. These supplements truly will help your body/liver process what ever it is you put into it. I will absolutely be purchasing these again!
