BELL Disney Pixar Cars Bike Helmet

This is a really great sports helmet. This was purchased for our son, since he's started riding a bike. We were a little worried because our five (soon to be six) year-old son has a good sized head. Other helmets we've seen in the store don't fit him, but this fit perfectly.We were surprised to see, there are no size adjustments. It's just a helmet; it either fits or it doesn't fit. Lucky for us, it fits great! But as he continues to grow, there's no size adjustment to make sure it continues fitting well. It has a chin strap that's adjustable, and when that is sized correctly, the fit was snug and comfortable for him.The build quality and colors are fantastic! The helmet has a matte-black base with very colorful overlays bonded to the surface. Our son is a Pixar Cars fanatic, so when he saw the Cars 3 artwork with Lightning McQueen and Jackson Storm, he LOVED it!Definitely recommend it, but you'll want to make sure this helmet fits your youngster properly (51 to 54 cm/20" to 21-1/4").You might also consider purchasing the matching  Bell Cars Pads and Gloves Protective Gear . These items are a perfect compliment to the helmet, and the price is quite reasonable.

This particular helmet fits my son great. Almost perfect, but he doesn't have a big head. It would of never fit my other son at this age. My son loves his new cars helmet! If you have a child with a bigger head, I would definitely pass on this one. This is made for smaller heads and has a snugger fit under the chin also. I don't mind that because he doesn't take the helmit off. The Bell toddler helmet we had before was a little bigger with bigger straps so if you need a little bigger helmet, I would try that.

It is an awesome helmet, but very very small. Does not fit my 6 year old son. He does have a bigger size head so I got the 5-8 size, but it is still way too small. It was a birthday gift so I already missed the return window.:/ very bummed he was so excited about it.

My grandson loved it. It went very well with his scooter Santa got him.

We only just got the helmet today. We got it all ready for my 2 1/2 year old to ride his balance bike. The fit was excellent and it was very easy to adjust. We bought the age 5-8 helmet as he grew out of the toddler size already. Make sure you measure your child's head so you know which one is the right size. He was very excited to wear his new Lightening McQueen helmet. He started going too fast, and took a fall - face first. Thanks to the "visor" portion of the helmet, he barely hit his face. The visor stopped any serious impact. We are VERY happy with this helmet, and I'm so glad we went with this one. Had he had this fall yesterday with his previous helmet, things might not have gone so well. In the future, we will be buying helmets with the visor feature.After posting this review, we had a chance to review a video of the fall. We realized the side of the helmet did actually hit the pavement. We purchased the same helmet again.

It’s an amazing helmet but even the 5-8 size is too small for my five-year-old’s head.

This is a Christmas present for my Nephew he picked it and I know he will love it.

Reasonable price = whatever it costs to protect your child from a head injury. This one is quite reasonable, fits my 11 month old perfectly and goes on easily and without fuss. It doesn't pinch him, like it says somewhere when I was researching. He likes it = he wears it = he doesn't get a head injury. It arrived on time and without issue. Thanks.
