I bought this set as a gift. I had to reorder them because a cup came chipped the first time. The second order came very quickly, but a cup came chipped again. I took a chance ordering a second time since they had great reviews but the packaging does not suit the product. I hope the company will start using bubble wrap and boxes instead of bags. There is no protection for the cups during shipping and they are fragile. I did not return them a second time because I let the person I was gifting them to decide to keep them or not. I also was a bit disappointed to find the “Japanese” cups are made in China which was not transparent on the product listing. Otherwise they are beautiful and nice to use.

I shop a lot on Amazon but I usually don’t care the reviews something . But it’s really great . So so so beautiful color and good quality. I love so much . The price totally not match the product. They should increase the price . Highly recommend
