Corgi The Afghan

I had to read this really slowly - and that's a compliment - coming from a speed-reader. There is so much "content" which requires a lot of attention on the part of the reader. All absolutely worthwhile, I found it informative from a historical and political viewpoint and, it goes without saying, written byForsyth's in his brilliant and unmistakable style.

Fantastic use of he English language and a wonderful, if frightening story.

Cracking audio cd

Lost the plot..weakly defined characters and poor continuity. Very disappointed, was able to bear just 50% of the book before keeping it down forever
